dream Lab: Inspiring the next generation

Empowering Young Leaders Through Innovation, Integrity, and Impact

Dream Lab is more than just a summer program—it’s a movement to empower the next generation of young leaders, innovators, and changemakers in their respective communities. At Dream Lab, students are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and principles to pursue their dreams and make a lasting impact.

Starting in June, 7th to 12th-grade students will receive hands-on training across seven modules: finances, entrepreneurship, technology, leadership, media and arts (creative), relationships, and spiritual principles, once a week. At the end of the 10-week journey, participants will put their newfound skills into action by leading outreach initiatives, giving back to the community, and applying what they’ve learned in a real-world setting.

What to Expect in Dream Lab

Each session is designed to provide practical skills and real-world applications to help students foster confidence, leadership, and a future-focused mindset.

Technology & AI Innovation

Students will learn how to effectively leverage AI tools. They’ll gain hands-on training on how to apply AI to accounting, business, content creation, and automation, as well as learning how to use AI ethically.

Entrepreneurship & Business Foundations

We’ll guide participants on how to develop a business, nonprofit, or passion project. Dream Lab will help them understand the business’s key foundations such as branding, marketing, and digital strategies.

Financial Literacy & Wealth Building

Students will learn how to manage money wisely. We’ll teach them the importance of savings and investing to prepare them for real-world scenarios.

Leadership & Personal Growth

At Extravagant Love, the foundations of morality, leadership, and growth begin with the Bible. We’ll help strengthen your child’s self-confidence by teaching biblical leadership principles and leading with integrity.

Media, Arts, & Creative Expression

Students will explore content creation, storytelling, and digital media. They’ll learn to develop public speaking and presentation skills while utilizing their creative minds for business, social media, and more.

Relationships & Community Impact

Building healthy relationships makes a community stronger. At Dream Lab, we’ll help them get involved with their community and foster relationships. Your child will engage in a final project that serves the community and brings their dreams to life.

Who Can Apply?

Dream Lab is highly selective and is only accepting only 10 dedicated students each summer. To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be in grades 7^th (age 13) through 12^th (age 18)
Come from a single-caregiver home (single mother, single father, or other guardian)
Must be part of an extracurricular activity such as sports teams, school clubs, music/band, and/or leadership programs
Submit a one-page essay on:
- What is your dream?
- Why should you be considered for the Dream Lab Program?

How to apply

Interested students must complete an application form and submit their essay by the deadline, May 31, 2025.

Parents and students must fill out the Dream Lab application (including personal details and extracurricular activities.
